The Derrick comedy group is a hilarious team of comic geniuses that I love to watch, but the truth is I haven’t kept up with them all that well, so it came as a surprise to me when I found out they were making a movie. The Mystery Team is the movie’s name, and I have no clue what it is REALLY about besides a bunch of idiots getting themselves involved in mysteries and solving crimes.

Nothing like the sporting accidents captured on video. Sure it is not very nerdy, but you don’t need to be a nerd to appreciate the fine art of face planting. There is even a mascot special down below that made me bust my gut. Something about giant cartoon animals hitting basketball post at high speeds just seems to tickle me inside.

Never under estimate the power of stick figures. That would be the lesson of these videos. Especially when naming them “the chosen one”. Not even the mighty firefox can stand against “the chosen one”.

Today’s fix is a video showcase of men flying with jet pack related technology. As a boy I dreamed about flying around in the future with my personal jet pack. Soaring the skies on my way to work. Apparently I had big enough dreams about flying, but not very high aspirations in my career. Haha, I can picture it now. Flying to work with briefcase in hand.  Yeah, that would be a great way to start the morning.

This video is fake, but the ending makes me laugh.

Consider it rare the day I post an anime mash up or AMV. Don’t get me wrong, some of them are cool to watch, but I don’t think they are post worthy very often. Today, I happened to find such a video that I consider worth posting.

This is a great mix of random anime scenes dubbed with American comedy hits like 40 Year Old Virgin, South Park, Dumb and Dumber, and more!

If you don’t know who Ben Kingsley is then you probably aren’t going to really care about this post. But for those who do know the legend that is “Sir” Kingsley, you might find this music video a bit…off…maybe?

Just one of those things that makes you ask “ok…why?”. Not in a bad way…just something you would never expect to see.

Like the Terminator eating pancakes with Big Bird or me getting sleep before 11pm…it just doesn’t make sense!

Ok, for those who really don’t know who Ben Kingsley is, rent a movie called “Sexy Beast”. No no no, it’s not a porno or anyting like that. It’s a really good movie where Kingsley plays a crazy ass mofo named Don Logan. His character in that movie gave me nightmares.

The latest PC commercials by Microsoft staring Jerry Seinfeld and Bill Gates have been a little confusing for most people, so it looks like Microsoft is taking some of that easy to burn money and putting it in a ad that we can all relate to. Check it out.

What about the shark? Does he use PC or Mac? Hmmmm, probably Linux.

You probably have seen a handful of these, but the video should hold some new bloopers that you haven’t seen as well. It is pretty entertaining. My favorite is the guy on the ladder during the airing of a QVC spot selling the ladders.

Jack White of the White Stripes and Alicia Keys have made the opening song for the next Bond flick, Quantum of Solace. Recently Coke brand decided they wanted to get their hands on the song and debut the instrumental version in a their commercial before the film hits theaters. Kind of disappointing to hear a Bond song with out getting a Bond movie with it, but the commercial is pretty cool.

Quantum of Solace comes out November 14th, 2008 in North America (U.K gets Oct 31st release date).

Let it be known that I used to be a die hard pokemon fan. If I still had the time and a working game boy, I would probably bust out the old Pokemon Red and Blue from time to time. I used to watch the show every morning before school and there was always this girl in the intro video that never appeared in the show, and I always wondered who she was.

Today I got my answer

Takes a while for the guy to get to the point, but I am glad I finally know the truth
