I wonder if Chad Perkins is getting more attention then ever with his new graphically enhanced billboard. Maybe Chad Perkins is actually the wanna be joker and vandalized his own billboard. TO THE BAT CAVE! WE MUST SOLVE THIS MYSTERY!
